Delegating Effectively: Assigning the Right Tasks to the Right People (Currently Unavailable)

Author: Susan Schmit

CPE Credit:  2 hours for CPAs

The ability to delegate effectively is critical when moving from individual contributor to supervising or managing others. This program provides a strong grounding in the skills of delegating and the importance of building trust when delegating (both for the firm and for professional careers).

The program presents a process for communicating what needs to be done based on the skills of the person receiving the task, obstacles often faced when delegating, and the skill of "managing up" to meet expectations of those to whom we report. As an interactive webinar, participants review real-life accounting firm scenarios and identify how they would best handle delegating opportunities.
