CPE Link Policies
Webcast Policies
Registrations for each webcast will be taken up to the start of each program.
CPE Link reserves the right to substitute speakers in the case of instructor illness.
In the event that CPE Link must cancel a webcast, all attendee registration fees
will be refunded in full. For all webcasts that are recorded, participants will have
access to the recording for three months following the live webcast.
Self-Study Policies
Participants who wish to earn credit for a self-study course must complete the program within one year from date of purchase.
Certificates of completion may be accessed and printed immediately upon receiving a passing grade.
Most courses have a minimum passing score of 70%. Ethics courses require 80% to pass. California ethics courses require 90% score to pass.
Value Pass Policies
- The Live Webcast Value Pass includes up to 40 hours of live webcasts; the Self-Study Value Pass includes up to 40 hours of Self-Study; the Super Saver Value Pass is a customized package defined by the user requiring a minimum of 20 hours. Super Saver Value Pass users requesting a change in the distribution of hours (live vs. self-study) on the Pass, will be charged a $25 administrative fee
- Once a Value Pass holder has reached the CPE hour limit for either live webcasts or self-study courses, he or she will be charged the full price for each additional program.
- Value Pass usage will be automatically tracked for the Value Pass holder in My Account in the My Discounts section. Users may check the available hours on their Value Pass at any time.
- CPE Link offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any live webcast program you have attended or self-study product you have taken through the Value Pass program, those hours may be credited back to your Value Pass. - Each Value Pass is valid for one year from date of purchase.
- Value Pass may not be combined with other discounts.
- When a CPE Link webcast or self-study program is provided by an outside content provider, it may be excluded from the Value Pass program. Any exclusion will be clearly noted in the program description.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a webcast, you may
cancel up to three days before the event and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days prior will be refunded the course fee, less a $25 administrative fee.
No shows (or cancellations made after the start of the program) will forfeit the entire registration fee.
When cancelling an individual webcast purchased with discounted package pricing, your original savings will be forfeited.
Refunds and Complaint Resolution Policy
CPE Link offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any live webcast program you have attended or self-study product you have purchased, provided you have not earned CPE credit from that webcast or product, please send your refund request to: Customer Service, CPE Link, 4340 Stevens Creek Blvd Suite 160, San Jose, CA 95129. We may occasionally share registration data with a trusted partner who has served as content provider for a webcast. All information related to financial transactions (such as cardholder account numbers) is never shared with third parties.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information only, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by visiting My Account.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address, writing to us at the above address. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, transaction information, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to the site. With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, all data is encrypted and no credit card information is retained in our database.
