In addition to his private practice, for five years, Roger was the head of the Volunteer Embassy/Consular Tax Assistance program (VECTA) for Portugal, and instructor and consultant on U.S. taxation to the Autonomous Regional Government of the Azores. He currently instructs members of the Portuguese government on U.S./ Portuguese tax issues.Additionally, Roger has lectured, contributed articles, and consulted on international tax issues affecting both aliens and Americans to the Nat’l Assoc. of Tax professionals, American Citizens Abroad, Portuguese newspapers, and several tax forums. |
