Mike has served as a subject matter expert in the national office of public accounting firms, including Big 4 in the areas of derivative instruments, complex financial instruments, debt/equity, share-based compensation, and SEC reporting. Mike has also presented at accounting updates and technical audit and accounting topics at various industry and state society events.Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a degree in Masters of Accountancy from Kansas State University.
